What a reception costs, by headcount
The same reception spread — assorted savoury bistro pastries, classic butter tart, assorted bottled drinks, fresh coffee service — scaled to four common sizes. Watch the per-head column: it rises at 25 and falls at 100, because boxes are ordered whole. Land your headcount near a multiple of the box size and you pay less per person — the menu page shows the spare portions so you can see where those points are.
